No interaction

There is a mystery bug in the client, my friend is player on my lan server, and somehow he can do nothing, example: can't pick up item or drop, fuel the fireplace, attack enemy, give item to other players.
My friend checked the files if there is any file problem but 0 damaged file, reinstalled the game and still not repaired.
