In some cases dayvision filter persists with unplugged nighvision circuit. I had 2 beta-circuits skills.
Steps to Reproduce
Don't know if that's exact steps to reproduce but here is what was going on in my game:
1. I had a WX body with nightvision circuit.
2. I was playing as WX with light circuit.
3. I transfered conciossness to nightvision body.
4. I unplugged nightvision circuit and replaced it with 3 speed circuaits
5. I resored energy with electric milk.
When night came, I didn't noticed because I had day light vision. Note that Charly still hits you so it's just visual effect. Also after transfering conciousness the effect persisted.
