Nightmare Clock affects things beyond the ruins

This is a stalagmite terrain.There are many nightmarefissure here, and the degree of danger is almost the same as the ruins.Both the upper fissure and the grottowar fissure change according to the Nightmare Clock,but they are all outside the ruins.Thulecite Medallion changes color with the Nightmare Clock even when not in the Ruins.

Splumonkeys is an exception and is no longer affected after leaving the ruins unless it returns.
