Hello. I cannot weave new skins or unravel existing ones in the Collection. All buttons are grayed out ("Cannot be unraveled", "Cannot be woven now").
What I have already tried:
1. Disabled all mods. 2. Edited the hosts file (added lobby.klei.ca and login.kleientertainment.com). 3. Verified integrity of game files in Steam. 4. The connection test pages show "OK": - https://login.kleientertainment.com/HealthCheck - https://items.kleientertainment.com/HealthCheck 5. I can receive Twitch Drops, so the account connection works.
Technical details:
1. ERROR FROM GAME CLIENT LOG: [00:01:47]: CURL ERROR: (items.kleientertainment.com) [28]Operation too slow. Less than 5 bytes/sec transferred the last 60 seconds 2. Result of the tracert command to the skins server: 1 <1 ms [Home Network] 2 7 ms [ISP] 3 12 ms [ISP] 4 50 ms ad2f4fa7d32260dc8.awsglobalaccelerator.com [15.197.233.212] There is a significant latency jump to the final node. 3. Region: Krasnodar Krai, Russia. 4. Problem persists in a completely new world and in the main menu collection.
I believe the issue is related to network routing or throttling between my ISP and the Klei items server.
CONDITIONS: Player from the Krasnodar Krai region (Russia). STEPS: 1. Ensure the game client is connected to the internet. 2. Launch Don't Starve Together and log into the Klei account. 3. Navigate to the "Collection" tab in the main menu. 4. Attempt to unravel any eligible skin or weave any eligible item. EXPECTED RESULT: The action should complete successfully. ACTUAL RESULT: All related buttons are disabled with "Cannot be unraveled" / "Cannot be woven now" errors. The client log contains a CURL ERROR [28] for 'items.kleientertainment.com'.
