The small outlines might be an artistic choice, but the pivot point seems to be misplaced too so it hovers slightly above the ground. All of the berry bushes in the image are dropped at the same point, but the mythic one is slightly higher than it should be. This is easier seen when dropping them in the ocean:
Other bush hats float nicely in the water, but the mythic one is instead balanced perfectly on the water's surface.
It also uses the wrong sprite in the inventory: it should be the equipped sprite rather than the dropped one.
Steps to Reproduce
Make the new bush hat skin, and drop it.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
