My sound setting is stuck at 0

I played don't starve together yesterday and had no issue. I load up today and my sound isn't working my sliders are stuck at 0. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling my audio realtek. Set to 16bit 48k hz. I've taken off cloud save and I've deleted and redownloaded the game. Restarted my computer and all. I'm not sure how to fix this and I need help.
