my save can't restart after update

after the update,waterlog,I opened my delicated server,and it crashed because of the mod "larger boat".I close the mod,and restart the server,but I was told:

so I delete the session 1862,and the server can be restarted.But,if I shut the server,and restart,it still crash,and delete the session after 1861,it can be restarted.So,I can't play this save because it can't be restart after shut,what can i do
