I've been trying to use stuff like geometric placement and a few others, but they don't seem to work, none of them do, they say that they're not compatible with this game, only have a blank icon, and say its made by 'unknown, geometric placement and stuff are client only mods, but they show up in the server section like that.
Also they say they need updating, but when I try to, it doesn't work, I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, nothing seems to work.
What do I do? I'm so confused. They don't work at all in game either, so It's not just a visual bug.

This happens to all mods I download.
I don't know what's wrong here, I just installed some mods via the workshop, and no matter what I try, this happens.
