Multiple banner animation banks share the same name

Several menu animations share the same animation bank name, which causes the game to get really scared whenever you load them all at the same time.

dst_menu_webber and dst_menu_webber_carnival both have animation banks titled dst_menu_webber

Animation banks named dst_menu:

  • dst_menu
  • dst_menu_feast
  • dst_menu_yotv
Steps to Reproduce
  1. load dst_menu_feast and dst_menu_yotv
  2. try to play dst_menu_feast
  3. watch it go up in flames due to varg infestations
  4. unload dst_menu_yotv
  5. everything plays as expected

OR:

  1. load dst_menu_webber and dst_menu_webber_carnival
  2. try to play dst_menu_webber
  3. watch him enter the void
  4. unload dst_menu_webber_carnival
  5. watch the ground manifest again
