Moonstorm not anywhere on map when atlars are plugged in

After transferring dedicated server from beta live the moon storm is appear, although I still have the moonstorm nights.

Altars were in the fissures before transfer and mysterious energy is there

Steps to Reproduce

Have altars is fissures in beta save.

Transfer dedicate server from beta to live.

Start playing

Check for storm via map.
