On Xbox One, after the Halloween patch. Souls and items not dropping after mobs killed. So far, the bats and the lightbulbs in the cave. My files up to date, this just started after the update for me. Update, the otters too.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
