Mixture of Proper and Poor Graphics

Using a Radeon HD 5670. I've tried windowed and full screen and it makes no difference.

Windows 10, 8 GB RAM, AMD Athlon X4 640 Processor @ 3 Ghz

Steps to Reproduce
1. Get computer with specs listed above 2. Download and install game 3. Run game

Definitely had to do with AMDs newer control centre that was released last week.

Everything is working as it should be.
