Missing skin?

This is not a flaw, this is a rain hat skin. The skin is considered as a skin for a straw hat. So when you get a skin for a straw hat, you automatically get a skin for a rain hat. Even in the menu tab, in the item collections tab, you will not find this skin. It has always been like this. It's the same as if you get a skin for the cylinder, you get a skin for the prestihatitator

This is a current limitation of the display for the image but the skin is attached to the straw hat item itself. When you own the Rancher Straw Hat you also get the Miner Hat and Rain Hat skins with it as one.
