Metheus Puzzle Bug

Hello. When i tried to do the metheus puzzle it worked fine, i before i did the 3rd part i accidently disconnected me and my friend. So i tried to do it again Then When i finished part 2 the Site reloaded and just showed this. I have tried to log in on my computer and on many diffrent browsers and nothing changed. Its just this. I tried to refresh. Nothing happend. and i have searched for a answer online. The only Anwser i found was to press shift + f5. Wich refreshed the page but still nothingand my friend computer shows this

But i completed the puzzle with him so this should be Gold around it. What is going on here.?

Steps to Reproduce
Complet metheus puzzle 1 and 2. Disconnect. Connect with friend and do it again.
Go to bugs

Apparently the images Dont show.

well mine says 

{"Refresh":true,"OK":false}

and my friends is just the puzzle but Its not complete

Now that i think about it the probable cause is that i completed it on the same turn that im was going to have to try again.
