messages in bottle dont have 100% to show after giving broken pearl

I don't know if it applies to your case, but after 10 chests have spawned through messages in a bottle, the chance is reduced from 100%. While I was trying to recreate it, it seemed to work perfectly, so I'm guessing that the issue was in the number of chests that were already in the world. There hasn't been a hot fix regarding this issue so even though 9 days have passed, the answer is still relevant.

There's another post regarding this issue after looking at it closely, and it seems that it is related to the information that Pearl remembers about the world. The AI forgets the process and rewards you once again. In my case, I happened to create a new world, so my case is not applicable, the issue persists in servers before the update like another safe file that I had. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Big thanks for responding. Thats what i thought so, and this bug is really bad because rn i literally can't do ocean content until some fixes which is really sad
