Merms who drown in the Crab King fight are teleported to random places on the map close to the Crab King and sleep there. That's why my merm flort - ifications doesn't spawn new merms. Also, after the battle, the altar was teleported next to the portal (florid postern) instead of sinking.
Steps to Reproduce
1- Bring Merm on the boat to the crab king battle
2- The ice arena shatters, but the Merms remain in the arena instead of returning to the boat.
3- The arena shatters and they drown
4- After the fight, instead of returning home, they fall asleep on land and stay there forever.
