Map zoom snap when opening/closing

When I open and close the map it always becomes a dramatic zoom in or out in the direction I last scrolled. If it is moderatly zoomed in, and I zoom out by one map unit/scroll on my wheel, when I close then open the map it is now fully zoomed out. When I zoom back in to a comfortable position and close and open the map it becomes zoomed in all the way. This is extremely incoveniant.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the map and zoom in a small amount then close and open the map. Now zoom out a bit and close and open the map.

Please disable the minimap mod you have on and try it again. The mod needs updated to handle the additions made for the map.

The pull request to the minimap mod has been accepted and uploaded to the workshop please update the mod and try it again!
