Map on Microsoft surfare 7 does not load.

 I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I the longer I am in the game, the less of the map loads

Steps to Reproduce

Open the game, click on map icon in bottom right corner

Go to bugs

My friend has the exact same issue, he has a Microsoft surface 7 as well. We cant play together because the map for him doesnt load and it's really annoying to play the game without a map. We have disabled mods, reinstalled game, verified integrity of game files, clicked on the map icon in the bottom right corner, etc.... nothing seems to help :/
