Map discovery and equipped items are gone

My normal world starts up perfectly but when i spawn in all of my map discovery has been undone, in the dragonfly desert, my helmet and my insulated pack is also gone but my walking cane that i was holding still remains. I already rolled the server back 2 times and it ends up like this every rollback.
