Magmatic Bundle redeemed on web portal but items missing in-game

I successfully redeemed a Magmatic Bundle code from a Klei Ambassador on the Klei Account portal.
The website transaction history shows the code has been successfully processed, but the items never appeared in my in-game Treasury or Curio Cabinet.
There are no unopened chests in my Treasury either.
My Account Info:
  • Klei User ID: KU_FSLwP11U
  • Steam ID: 76561198189591202
I have attached screenshots of my Klei account transaction history showing the successful redemption.
Please help me sync the items to my account. Thank you!

Update: The issue has been resolved!

For anyone who runs into the same problem, here is the full process to get it fixed:

  1. (Post the issue here) Submit an official bug report via Klei Support. >>  Submit a request
  2. Check your inbox immediately. You MUST reply to the first automated confirmation email to keep the ticket active.
  3. IMPORTANT: While waiting, you might receive ANOTHER automated email asking if you still need help. Make sure to check your inbox regularly and reply to that email as well, or your ticket might close.
  4. Finally, you will receive a reply from a technician/support representative confirming that they have processed it and that you can now check your game for the items.

Once I got that final email, the items successfully synced to my account. Hope this helps future players save some time!
