[macOS] Shift + Scroll Down behaves as Shift + Scroll Up

I'm playing DST with macOS 11.3, Mac Mini M1. Recently I found that "Shift + Scroll Down" behaves as "Shift + Scroll Up". Hope you can check and fix it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open console and input the command:  

TheInput:AddGeneralControlHandler(function(control) print("control:", control) end)

2. Ctrl + L to open log screen.

3. Scroll Up with your mouse, then check the output.

4. Scroll Down and check the output.

5. Now hold L-Shift and do #2 and #3. Check the output.
