Lunar cultivator III skill not working

I used a moon idol on my solo wormwood world to reset my skilltree to the setup seen in the image, but when i try to craft a saladmander it says i dont have the skill to do so.

Steps to Reproduce

Just create a world choose this skilltree setup and try to craft a saladmander.

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Reproduced the bugged skill tree like OP said, was searching for this but what I experienced was getting both summon/crafts out of Lunar Cultivator II.
So the 'fix' is using the 'buffed' Lunar Cultivator 2 for now.
