Low Res Textures Since Update

Hi all, been experiencing low res textures (despite them being maxed on my settings) when the update dropped. I usually see it with particle effects. Any ideas to what caused this/how to fix this?

For example, the shadow textures in my game appear like this now

But prior to the update they appeared like this:

This kinda shows up on other textures as well, so im hoping i can get tips on how to fix it soon! Rarely, it would be normal for 5 mins then return to low res again. Cheers.
