lord of the fruit flies of one dimension(forest/caves) would stop spawning even if all of the spawning criteria are met when the supposed-to-spawn-LOTFF farm plants are not loaded by any player
Step 1. grow some farm plants
Step 2. make sure nobody have the farm plants in their loading range(in other words make sure to get really far from the farm plants when they're about to ripen)
Step 3. go back to visit the plants; lord of the fruit flies does not spawn even if his cooldown's finished and the farm plant conditions're met
PS: forcefully spawning a lord of the fruit flies using console commands temporarily re-enabled him to spawn when the needed farm plants're being loaded by someone when ripening; repeating the steps above after this still triggers this bug; lord of the fruit flies in the said server would cease spawning permanently unless having this step done
