Loading the Pinchin' Winch complete's hermit's task

Noooo I want to exploit innocent grannies for infinite shell bells, but really it’s only a fun little exploit if you are desperate for more shell bells, it’s not anything game breaking, this is more like asking for rabbit traps to not be able to be placed directly on top of rabbit holes or something 

I’d say let it stay since the player usually has better things to do than getting a bunch of shell bells anyways

You can just drop a heavy object into the sea and pick it up with a winch, honestly that still make sense, you cleared the waters(even though you put the junk there).
