If you sleep under a tree in lights out and get a present, that will be the only one you get. even after waiting four days you don't get a present, you don't even get the bad presents, nothing will spawn. Even underground the presents wont spawn if you slept upstairs before.
Steps to Reproduce
Sleep under a tree in Lights Out, then sleep again any other day.
