I've added inquiries and tried everything in my answers, but I still don't get online. A picture-like screen repeats itself. It's been a day since I bought it, but I can't even play games. What the hell should I do?

I’m getting the same message, but only when adding a second player (split screen on ps4). P1 can get online,but P2 just tries to connect forever. It’s been several weeks.
