Just Generating world goes on a long time and world options reset for no reason

Everytime I put the world options on custom (as I do as usual) then make world it would say "Generating world" a long time then after I select my favourite character (Wilson and I hope you put the young skin for him in game this year) the world settings reset. From changing the one of the options to no rabbits and rabbit holes to littuary rabbits and holes in game.

It's now never ending.
