jimmy (bio-scanalyzer) doesn't properly spit out data sometimes

this has been in the game for quite some time now, so i'm unsure if it's an intended feature, but WX-78's bio-scanalyzer doesn't properly spit out bio-data after scanning a target sometimes, instead staying still in the air until a WX comes over and manually turns them off. seems to be a 50/50 chance, not entirely sure
