Items dropped on the ground lost their skins.

I make a winged sail kit with a skin, it shows with the skin in my inventory. But when I put it on the ground, there is no skin. Some other items skins also show like this.

Steps to Reproduce

I can't always reproduce it, but it does happen.

1.Make something with a skin.

2.Put it on the ground.

Go to bugs
