I've tried putting in a support ticket and after trying everything in the links i was given to try different fixes i am still unable to get access to my items. I really want to fix this. I've tried messin with my firewall, reninstalling, uninstalling my mods, restarting my pc and my internet. Idk how or why this problem is persisting since months ago when i played the game worked just fine and items worked no problem.
Below is my Client.log after hitting the retry button on the error a couple of times to hopefully allow someone to see some info on what is causing this.
All i did was log on to the game to claim my twitch drops when the new update came out and i noticed when i logged in to my account the animation telling you that you have items didnt pop up, i then went into my item collection to see the " Item collection failed to download" error and kept retrying then after that didnt work i went to the internet to see if other also had this problem.
