Interface malfunction and sized 25% of the screen, positioned at the bottom left. The rest is greyed out.

Installed the updates and when opening the game I got this.
It is scalable, so if I minimise the window, the visible game screen becomes smaller, too. 
However, when trying to interact with the interface, it turns out that the interactive functions (buttons) are positioned where they go in a 100% sized screen, and even though my mouse is somewhere in the grey, I can see I have found the correct button in the smaller interface, because it is responsive and reacts to hover and click. 

Tried restarting Steam, the game, will try restarting the computer now.
