Insight Tree skills bugged?

I have Lunar Cultivator II and III, despite not having it chosen in my insight tree. This isn't a visual bug, either, as I do have all of the other skills that I actually did choose, it's just that for some reason, it gave me Lunar Cultivator III, which usually isn't possible. 

I'm pretty sure this was due to the Skilltree swap bug that I commonly use to (as the name implies) swap skillstrees without the need of a Moon Rock Idol.

1. Create a new world

2. Choose the character you want to change the skilltree of

3. Reset their skilltree, and after doing that, immediately exit the world, and delete it.

4. Go into your other world, and it should change the skilltree of your character. Note that this only works if the character you reset the skilltree of IS THE SAME as the character in your other world.

I posted this bug about maybe a week ago, but I don't think anyone payed mind to it, and just wrote it off as a visual bug. So I'm just posting this here just to make sure, because this is definitely not a visual bug.
