Infinite world generation when creating a server with caves

Hello everyone! I ask for your help with this bug: when creating a world with caves (via the game menu, without creating a dedicated server), the world generation goes on forever.
When creating a world without caves, everything loads and works fine.
I tried to create a public one, for friends, and a local one.
I did not change any server settings in the game folder in Documents.
Of the mods, I only use the translator, but I also tried to delete it - it did not help.
The problem is definitely not in the power of the PC, because on my girlfriend's old laptop everything started, but on my new PC nothing works.
Tried disabling the firewall, antivirus (Windows Defender).
Tried adding the game and the server application to the antivirus exceptions.
Tried checking the cache, reinstalling the game, deleting the game folder in Documents.
Logs "Cluster_1" are attached.

Launching the 32-bit game did not solve the problem.
Loading the game to the system drive also did not solve the problem.

Also, the problem is not with the Internet provider, since both the laptop and the PC use the same network.

Managed to create a dedicated server with caves using steamcmd and a guide from the klei website, but the problem with creating a server through the game remains relevant. Of course, it's not the most convenient option, but at least you can play..
