Inconsistent _moisturegrid for wormwood crops

In the farming_manager the moisture grid is created for registered crops but then removed when the tile has been terraformed to something other than FARMING_SOIL. So it is possible for wormwood/non FARMING_SOIL crops to end up without there tile being registered in the _moisturegrid causing them to not refresh there moisture.

AddSoilMoistureAtPoint also does not add moisture to wormwood/non FARMING_SOIL crops.

Steps to Reproduce

> Plant a crop on a non FARMING_SOIL tile as wormwood

> Terraform that crop to something other than FARMING_SOIL

> The crop will no longer refresh/update it's moisture

I will say I am unsure if wormwood/non FARMING_SOIL crops are even meant to have moisture grids, but I would really appreciate if they did just because of the modding potential (Hamlet nettles). Choice is yours though.
