Incomplete Experiment Camera warps

Upon placing the Incomplete Experiment on the spot i can, the camera seems to warp and am unable to fix it. The reason i believe it is a warp is the blue color (I'm in winter) and when the day transitioned to dusk it changed color. Player "Light Circle" in the spot i was standing. Disconnecting and reopening server (Solo) shows me still in the same spot.

Steps to Reproduce

Place Incomplete Experiment on spot. I had pre-built it, as in built but canceled before placement, so its blueish and free.

I'm unable to reproduce the issue. Could you please try reproducing it with no mods enabled? Including client-side mods.
