I just fished out a crumpled package containing a Guano Turf blueprint. Aren't those suppose to be exclusive to the rather lengthy series of tasks and discoveries to get your hands on the Terra Firma Tamper? Are these suppose to be available like this? It just seems wrong for ancient knowledge to be so out in the open like that.
Steps to Reproduce
Go fish. (in the oasis, during summer). Such late tier blueprints might also come from tumbleweeds if they and the oasis share the same loot pool with regard to blueprints.
