In a world where the Celestial Scion was defeated and Wagstaff was killed, the Potato Ornament cannot be obtained.

I've only defeated it eight times, so it might just be my bad luck.

how do you even manage to make the celestial champion fight the Celestial scion?

Using a very long bridge? teleportation?
