my screen went white, map icons dissapeared, restarted the world to try and fix it and now my map is gone

not sure if it matters but my cave map is fine
Steps to Reproduce
-drown
-probably somwething else i did wrong but im not sure, i can always get a simmillar map back with cartographers desk but still was wondering if anyone knew what happened here
