Icker Bin Smoldering Food Inextinguishable

I was in summer with my food in an icker bin because I thought the goop would make the food not smolder.

The food did smolder, so I decided to try and use my feather fan on it to put it out. nothing happened and it proceeded to catch fire.

then I tried to take the burning food out, I picked it up and it was on fire in my inventory and I took a bunch of fire damage

Steps to Reproduce

Food in Icker preserve

let it smolder

not only is it inextinguishable by flingo or feather fan, but picking it up after it catches fire will burn you in your inventory.
