Ice platforms are a valid tile for washing up after drowning

I realized why it teleports you, it's because it's trying to put you on the ice boat when it spawns, but in this case, it fails because there's no space.

This is a horrible way to lose in a fight. Watching you helplessly drown, not being able to do anything about it because of how long the recovery animation lasts is devastating. Hope it gets fixed.
