If you are standing on an ice platform when it breaks - even on the edge of the tile, you will be teleported to the middle of the tile where an ice boat is supposed to be, but when the ice boat fails to spawn because there is not enough space, you will be teleported anyway, and drown. The teleport is supposed to put you on an ice boat when it breaks, but it drowns you in this case.
Steps to Reproduce
Fight Crab King specifically, and be on the edge of a breaking ice platform next to him when they start to break.
