I think this happened because of the trick I use to swap skilltrees without wasting a Lunar Idol. I have all of the Lunar Cultivator skills, plus all the Lunar Guardian skills, and I know that isn't possible, because that would require 16 insight points.
1: Create a new world
2: Select a character (in this case Wormwood) and Reset the skilltree, then pick the skills you want
3: After finishing the tree, back out of the world and then go into another world. With a bit of logging in and out, the skilltree should swap.
I don't know if this is a bug, but I really hope that both of these things are added as features.
Neither Lunar Cultivator II or III aren't nearly strong enough to warrent only taking one of them. Lunar Guardian is always going to be more beneficial, even if you haven't fought Celestial Champion yet. Lunar Cultivator III specifically only helps out when not in a fight with AOE damage or groups. And in this game, neither are plentiful, which means that they practically have no use, outside of being an empty health sink, and a tiny ammount of damage. And the Skilltree swapping trick helps me by letting me get Monkeytails early, and then letting me swap without the hassle of the Portal (but it is understandable if you change this one).
Come to think of it, why don't the Saladmanders deal Planar Damage, or have Planar Defense? They come from a skill that requires Celestial Champion being defeated.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
