I cant play or start a world with caves

As the title says, i cant play any previous worlds with caves and i cant make a new one because it instantly says dedicated server failed to start.

Steps to Reproduce
make a new world or play an existing one, it will say dedicated server failed to start, but if you make a new one without caves it will work fine.

Since the new content came out I cant set up dedicated server up too like I did last time using my method. I play solo mostly, but one day decided to host with dedicated server, but it didnt work. It will be very helpuf if somebody can make a new video seting up dedicated server with caves + mods. :)
