hi, I bought the game 2 days ago and the problem has not disappeared, every time I go to the tab with a paid character, I get an error that says I am not connected to the network, but I am connected, I can play on the servers, and do all the normal actions, but as soon as I try to buy it by clicking on the icon of the character, an error pops up, I've been through a lot: connecting to another network, using VPN, updating the game, deleting the game, digging into the settings, removing all mods...
, and still the same error, I do not know what to do, I have not seen a similar error anywhere
as soon as I downloaded the game on steam, I went to the klei website, registered, and claimed my gifts. I then logged in to my Microsoft account and claimed my gifts. I connected my accounts, but I got this error. I also tried to link my steam account to the website, but I was unable to do so. I don't know if there was an error before these actions, or if it was a problem with my computer. I hope someone can help me.
