Sometimes, when Hutch is following me through the cave, it can take a while for him to catch up to me and when he does, he barely moves when hopping towards me. The issue persists even when leaving and reentering the caves, and only seems to fix itself when closing the world.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to consitently recreate the issue as it seems to only happen off screen. However, I suspect it is related to Hutch teleporting to me while being slowed down from the ickers, therefore not having his speed reset.
My best guess to recreate it would be:
1. Have Hutch following you
2. Have enough speed boosts to create good distance between you and Hutch
3. Run past a group of ickers
4. Wait and watch as Hutch very slowly crawls to you
While I haven't experienced this with other followers, I believe the same issue could happen with all followers that teleports to the player when far enough.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
