Using Willow's lighter with the skill hungry lighter to absorb the flames off a pile of burning items will cause their propagator's spread value to become false (and never become true again) so that those items are permanently immune to fire being spread to them (They will never smolder) they can only be set fire by directly setting them on fire like flame cast or lighting them on fire 1 at a time with a torch/lighter or using flame cast.
I would assume this is a performance fix but it seems like a bug when I was trying to test a sanity farm as Willow:)
- Drop 100 of an item, in this example rope.
- Light 1 on fire with any method
- Let the entire stack smolder and catch fire
- Use willow's lighter (hungry lighter) to extinguish the ropes
- Some rope's spread value will be set to false
- Repeat until all spread value is set to false
