Huge sound Delay

I kept having this stupid issue where my game keeps having so much sound delays. I'm really not for sure what's causing this. But sometimes, for example, when I place a wall, it doesn't make the sound, a minute later, it plays the wall building sound. This also occurs for many other occasions, for bosses, and a lot of other things. There is no lag on my servers ever! So I am really just not sure why this is occurring...
