Hound mounds can't naturally spawn ice hounds in winter

Fixed

Hound Mounds have a chance to spawn Fire Hounds in summer, although the probability is not very high. However, Ice Hounds will never spawn naturally in winter, unless the hound mound is attacked to force the remaining hounds out.This becomes the only way for Hound Mounds to generate Ice Hounds :sad: .

Steps to Reproduce

Wait for it to spawn mobs near Hound Mound in winter.

There are always only common hounds.
