Currently the game doesn't properly save the completion of the Pearl quest "Cozy Wooden Chair", where you place this structure (crafted from the Sawhorse), on Pearl's island for her to sit on with her ass.
Each time a server is restarted, this quest can again be fulfilled to gain additional friendship with Pearl; The players do NOT need to craft a new Cozy Wooden Chair, nor do they need to accquire the Sawhorse blueprint again.
This can be exploited in order to accquire Pearl's Pearl sort-of effortlessly.
It can be done without (client) commands, and on any server(I will verify this after posting, just to be sure)
update: Yes, it can be done on other servers.
unrelated, it seems that for some reason the lowercase letter j is light-blue by default in this thread. jjjjj jjjj
I will include a copy with raw savefile data, as well as a file showing the used mods, from a world where I have accquired Pearl's Pearl without properly completing the necessary quests. A developper can look into this if they so please.
- - Craft a Cozy Wooden Chair on Pearl's island and wait for her to examine it, until your friendship level with her increases

- Save the world, wait 30 seconds and restart your server. Without being the host or admin, this can be accomplished by waiting for a new day to start, and then doing a rollback 30 seconds later
2.1. Alternatively, when hosting from the game menu: Close your game and immediately relaunch it. - Hang out with Pearl untill she again examines the chair, raising your friendship leve with her once more.
- Rinse, repeat. Do this enough times and you will be awarded a Shiny Pearl's Pearl, by doing only this one quest.
A note to consider: it might be obligatory to leave pearl's vicinity before resetting the server and returning to her, before getting the added friendship.
ps. in this text box the letter j is also blue. idk what gives
